At NataFinder, we value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with every digital toolkit, framework, and template we deliver.
Because all of our products are intangible digital goods, our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with global digital commerce standards.


1. Nature of Our Products

All NataFinder products — including digital templates, configuration packs, automation blueprints, dashboards, and training guides — are non-physical, instantly delivered digital files.
Once a purchase is completed and the download link is issued, full access to the intellectual property is granted.

Therefore, returns are not applicable as no physical items are shipped.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We provide refunds only under specific and verifiable conditions:

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Perceived differences from screenshots or demos after successful download

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support with:
    • Order ID or transaction number
    • Product name
    • Detailed explanation of the issue
    • Screenshots or logs (if applicable)
  2. Our support team will review the case within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Support and Resolution Policy

Our commitment extends beyond the sale.
If a customer encounters any technical issue with NataFinder products, our support team will provide:

  • File re-delivery or alternate download links
  • Updated or corrected versions of the product (if available)
  • Troubleshooting documentation or guided setup instructions

We prioritize resolution before refund, as many issues stem from configuration or environment differences that can be easily resolved.


5. Product Updates and Licensing

When purchasing a NataFinder product, you receive:

  • Lifetime access to your current version
  • Free minor updates for 12 months
  • Commercial single-team usage license

Refunds cannot be granted due to changes in licensing terms, update cycles, or product versions released after purchase.


6. Policy Acceptance
